MT7830A is a high power factor, non-isolated LED driver chip. It adopts floating ground, high-end detection, step-down switching power supply architecture to achieve full cycle detection, with excellent linear adjustment and load adjustment. MT7830A works in quasi-resonant mode, while improving efficiency and anti-electromagnetic interference performance.

MT7830A integrates multiple protection functions, such as over-voltage protection, over-current protection, over-temperature protection, etc., which improves reliability, and all protections have specific self-recovery functions. Utilizing the unique technology of Microchip, the drive capability of MT7830A has nothing to do with the chip supply voltage, which can greatly improve the anti-electromagnetic interference performance of the system.
