Sales Engineer

1. Formulate a sales plan, visit and develop IC customers according to the plan, and analyze potential customers;

2. Establish a good cooperative relationship with customers, understand customer information, and improve customer files;

3. Collect and summarize market information, competitors, channels and other aspects, timely feedback, and adjust marketing strategies;

4. Responsible for customer payment recovery, cooperate with the financial department to do a good job of reconciliation, and control the risk of payment;


Sales Manager

1. Develop domestic electronic component traders, terminal vendors, factories and other customers, and maintain key customer relationships;

2. Familiar with electronic components, understand and explore customer needs and purchase wishes, introduce the advantages and characteristics of various brand products;

3. Handle customer's quotations, orders, payment recovery, etc.

4. Management team, assist the sales director to formulate team management system, reward and punishment system, etc .;

Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years sales experience, more than 3 years sales team management experience;

2. Familiar with the entire electronic component industry chain, and build, train and optimize the process of the team;

3. Carry out market expansion in the application field to ensure that the team's transaction indicators are reached.


Purchasing Engineer

1. Handle the daily inquiry in the system and give the sales feedback quotation in time.

2. Process the order. Complete the order, payment and delivery process, and the handling of abnormal quality.

3. Expand supply channels. Maintain close cooperation with suppliers and establish stable and lasting cooperative relations.

4. Maintain good interaction and communication with sales.


PM Product Manager

1. Responsible for the procurement and resource development of electronic components;

2. Fully preside over the work of the purchasing department to ensure the successful completion of various tasks;

3. Responsible for controlling procurement costs, negotiating price reductions based on changes in the quantity of purchased materials and development of new suppliers, and optimizing the reduction of material cost rates;

4. Responsible for the signing of procurement contracts, contract execution tracking, reconciliation after contract execution, invoice verification, payment, etc .;

5. Carry out supplier management, cooperate with the market to make quotations and provide samples;

6. Strictly implement the company's procurement process for procurement operations;

7. Strengthen the quality training of purchasing and warehouse employees, and continuously improve the business level and working ability of employees.


FAE Technical Engineer

1. College degree or above, electronic information engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering and other engineering related majors.

2. Familiar with the LED driver, battery industry, new energy industry and switching power supply application market, can independently develop and market related industries. Responsible for the development and design of LED lighting drive power supply: mainly develop the development plan of 60W-200W constant current or constant voltage power supply, and complete the electronic circuit design and PCBLayout.

3. Responsible for the production and debugging of the initial sample: design the transformer according to the specifications, and complete the basic function debugging of the sample, rectification of EMC and EMI, alignment resonance QR, source-side feedback PSR, single-stage PFC, single-ended flyback, double Flyback and other flyback architecture power supplies have design experience and mass production products. And for high-power single-ended forward, double-ended forward, forward active clamping, flyback active clamping, LLC resonance, asymmetric half-bridge AHB, symmetrical half-bridge and other switching power supply architectures have design experience And mass production products (180W-600W)

4. Complete and complete product information and make a product bill of materials (BOM).

5. Hold a trial production meeting of new products to assist trial production, find and solve problems from trial production, and complete the finalization of the product.
