RT7300A is an active power factor correction (PFC) controller with critical conduction mode operating in critical conduction mode, designed for use in AC / DC power adapters, electronic rectifiers, and medium power converters (<300W) Meet the specifications of the grid current harmonic adjustment. Due to the use of critical conduction mode and feedforward control technology, it can get a power factor close to 1 in a wide input voltage range and output power range.

The gate driver composed of a push-pull output circuit has a 600mA current output capability and a 800mA current draw capability.
